Why do we have to be stuck in a traffic jam daily ?
Why do all the VIP(s) have to travel through the most chaotic roads of the city at 9 AM or at 6 PM only ?
Why they cannot be directly helicoptered to their destinations , if its impossible to alter their schedules ?Why does a common office going man has to suffer for four hours (due to traffic piled up) for their 15 mins travel ?
Why do men (sometimes women too) have to take so much stress due to all this traffic chaos ?
Why do we not understand that this unneccesary and unimportant stress will do no good to traffic but a lot bad to us ?

Yes the VIPs(very idiotic people) have no regard for anyone else's time . But apart from that traffic is becoming an increasing problem everywhere. My parents who live in Bombay and hence are used to dealing with traffic were shocked when they first visited us in US. They thought they would be zooming through on the freeways. Imagine thir surprise when they were stuck in the Friday afternoon Atlanta traffic(barely moving) only to get home two hours later for what should have been a 45 minute drive!

Doesn't that bring a smile on my face? after all this means that we will never be out of job!
On a more serious note, this is the price we pay for better career opportunities and pay package in bigger cities far away from our homes!

Naina : LOL on VIP :) Oh yes ...most of us thought so about US , till we had some exposure.
WIAN : No coincidence , I wont be surprised if all of us do a similiar post , after all thats the common thing that bothers ALL of US.

Yep , thats also true , but can nothing be done about this.And if nothing can be done , lets forget and just chill instead of taking the daily stress.
Was this inspired by you getting caught in a jam today? I know I got to office almost two hours late today... and apparetnly there wqs some strike going on!!! Bah!
You see our politicians are elected by the janata and so the only times we see them is when they breeze through peak hour traffic with a smile and leave us stranded...
